Refund Policy

  1. Please do not accept the shipment if it is tampered with or damaged. Return it, and we will either refund it or resend you the material as you wish.
  2. We reserve the right to pause deliveries to any part of the country at any time if warranted. In such a case, we will try to inform you upfront only and, in case of any deviation, through email or phone call, and we will refund you fully.
  3. Products with expiration dates below 3 months are eligible for returns, and the full amount of the product will be credited to the concerned person. No returns or refund requests will be accepted for products with expiry dates over 3 months.
  4. If customer care approves a return or cancels, the refund will be initiated within 72 hours of receiving the dispatched material, subject to verification of the products and their packaging. If any product is tampered with, it will be deducted before payment is made.
  5. You will be eligible for a full or partial refund or exchange without incurring any additional charges in case of:


    a. The package has missing accessories.
    b. Damaged or soiled packing.
    c. Wrong product delivery.
    d. Expired product delivery.


  6. Products, once delivered, will not be applicable for a refund if they fall under any of the scenarios stated below:
    • Failure to provide adequate information about the case.
    • Failure to provide snapshots of the Invoice, packet, and box (if any).

  7. Refunds will be through the payment method, i.e., to cards or bank accounts. No cash refunds will be made. For online refunds, it would take our team at least 5 to 7 business days after the refund initiation.
  8. In the case of NEFT, we will need at least 3 to 5 business days after refund initiation to refund your amount. The amount will be credited to the account through which the payment was made. The amount may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.
